Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development: Standardize the construction and operation management of solar power generation projects
On September 8, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development organized the General Institute of Hydropower and Water Conservancy Planning and Design and other units to draft the mandatory national specification for engineering construction, the "Solar Power Generation Engineering Project Specification (Draft for Comments)".
The document requires that the construction of photovoltaic power generation systems on buildings should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standards "General Specifications for Building Energy Saving and Renewable Energy Utilization" GB55015 and "General Specifications for the Appraisal and Reinforcement of Existing Buildings" GB55021. The backside of the photovoltaic glass curtain wall and daylighting roof should be well ventilated, and the temperature of the photovoltaic glass curtain wall and daylighting roof components should not exceed 90°C.
In terms of photovoltaic arrays, their flood protection standards should not be lower than the 30-year high water (tide) level. Photovoltaic supports and foundations should be designed according to the limit state of bearing capacity and meet the requirements of the normal service limit state. The safety level of the photovoltaic support should not be lower than level three, and the safety level of the support base should not be lower than the safety level of the upper support structure. Photovoltaic arrays using tracking systems should have the ability to place themselves in a safe posture, etc. (The article is reproduced from Photovoltaic Information)
